Q. I cannot get past the login screen, what is the default password ?

A. The default password is "boss"


Q. I cannot get past the company registration screen. I've filled in my details but it won't let me continue.

A. Double check all required fields are entered, particularly if all numbers are present in your ABN.


Q. What is the installation password, I've tried 'boss' but that doesn't work.

A. You must email SmegIt Support  to obtain your installation password.
